The Vermont Youth Treatment Enhancement Program is pleased to be a major sponsor of the 10th Annual Working With Youth Conference this spring. This year, in celebration of a decade of learning together about best practices in youth work, the Working With Youth Conference is getting "back to basics", with a lens toward growth in the field and what we have seen change over the years. Trainers at this two-day event will offer 1.5 hour workshops, half-day and full-day sessions, and short "lightning talks" on foundational aspects of working with young people, as well as a keynote address by renowned trainer and youth worker Michael Nerney. The Conference's thematic focus aligns closely with the workforce development and training needs that have been articulated thus far within the VYTEP initiative.
